Pork is full of fat and should be avoided.

While some pork products such as sausage and ribs are loaded with fat and calories, a three ounce portion of lean pork tenderloin has only 140 calories, which is similar to a 3-ounce boneless, skinless chicken breast.  Serve a grilled piece of pork tenderloin with a green salad and grown rice for a nutritious meal.
