How Much Does it Cost?

Nutrition counseling, Individual

  • $125.00 for the initial one hour session
  • $100.00/hour for follow-up appointments

E-mail Nutrition Counseling

  • $100 - includes initial assessment and 3-4 e-mail exchanges

When Do I Pay?

Fees are collected at the end of each session.

  • Cash
  • Cheque (Note: All cheques must be made out to Shalene Reimer)

What are some other payment options?

Services may be covered in full or in part by various extended health benefits plans. All clients are encouraged to explore their eligibility for third party coverage. If you do not have third party coverage, keep your receipts and put them towards your yearly medical expenses. The medical expense tax credit is a calculated amount that reduces taxes.

The following insurance companies/programs may provide third-party reimbursement for up to $500.00/year for dietitian’s services:
