Shalene Reimer RD, BSc.
Principal Consultant

shalene-headshot.jpgShalene Reimer founded Equilibrium Nutrition in 2002. Since this time she has helped hundreds people balance their life when it comes to food, nutrition and personal health.  Her passion for nutrition promotion has led her to consult for many community groups such as local fitness groups, prenatal groups and Shop Smart Tours®.

Shalene is an avid public speaker, and a published author. Notable events include teaching nutrition classes through Douglas College and Trinity Western University, as well appearing on Global National television and radio Talk 1130. Shalene is also well versed in writing nutrition-inspired articles that have graced local Vancouver magazines and well as national publications.  She is also a published researcher.

Shalene is a member of The College Of Dietitians Of British Columbia and Dietitians of Canada. She received her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from the University of British Columbia.

Advisors:

Equilibrium Nutrition believes that accountability is important in order to grow and change.  EN’s extended team is in place to support and help lead us to hold true to our values, convictions and business model. Our advisors include doctors, specialists in the field of dietetics as well as business professionals. We currently have a team of 5 people that support and help guide our practice.
