  • Removing barriers to client’s health and wellness goals.
  • Facilitating realistic program planning with respect to evidence-based nutrition research.
  • Staying abreast of current trends & research.

Values

  • We believe that every person is a uniquely created being with different needs, thus, requiring individually catered programs.
  • We believe in encouraging individuals to meet their genetic health potential rather than pursue unrealistic goals set by society or media.
  • We believe in client-centered, self-managed care where clients govern the pace and direction of their nutrition care planning based on their stage of readiness.
  • We believe in moderation and balance as key factors in disease prevention.
