Mission

The mission of Equilibrium Nutrition Consulting is to engage individuals in making healthy lifestyle choices in the physical (body), mental/emotional (soul) and spiritual (spirit) realms. We do this by:

  • Optimizing one’s genetic health potential.
  • Teaching preventative health management.
  • Removing barriers to client’s health and wellness goals.
  • Facilitating realistic program planning with respect to evidence-based nutrition research.
  • Staying abreast of current trends & research.

  • We believe that every person is a uniquely created being with different needs, thus, requiring individually catered programs.
  • We believe in encouraging individuals to meet their genetic health potential rather than pursue unrealistic goals set by society or media.
  • We believe in client-centered, self-managed care where clients govern the pace and direction of their nutrition care planning based on their stage of readiness.
